Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and shown clearly before you complete your purchase, no hidden fees.
Estimated delivery time:
2–8 business days, depending on destination and courier service.
All orders are shipped with reliable courier partners.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

🔁 Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.
However, because our products are natural food items, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been opened or unsealed for health and hygiene reasons.
This means:
- Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days.
- Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
If your order arrives damaged or there is any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will always work with you to find a fair solution.
