Carefully harvested by hand and gently prepared on our Quinta in the Algarve, our whole carob pods remain true to their natural character.
Each batch is washed, hand-selected, and lightly roasted at low temperatures (80–85°C for approximately 20 minutes) to enhance their natural sweetness without overpowering it. After cooling, every pod is inspected once more before being packed into 750g pouches.

Unlike industrial products, our carob is:

Because it is a real agricultural product, natural variations may occur.
Occasionally, you may notice small surface marks or minor internal imperfections caused during the growing phase. These are a natural part of untreated produce and do not affect the overall quality or usability.
